Family Spring Bird Walk
For families. For kids ages kindergarten and older and their caregivers. Join Urban Bird Collective and Duluth Public Library for a family spring bird walk in our West Duluth neighborhood. Participants will learn about backyard birds that are our year-round residents as well as migratory birds that travel through Duluth onto their breeding grounds.
Partner Mission Statement: The Urban Bird Collective creates a welcoming and inclusive space that centers BIPOC and the LGBTQIA+ communities in order to realize and reap the benefits of being out in the natural environment while building birdwatching skills. In addition, to do this work, we are active stewards of the environment who protect habitats for not only the birds, but for all living things.
