First Witness Child Advocacy Center (CAC) provides child-friendly, forensically sound interviews for Southern St. Louis County, Carlton County, and other neighboring jurisdictions with alleged victims of child abuse. Our interviewers are trained in ChildFirst® Forensic Interview Protocol, ensuring a neutral, information-gathering child-centered interview. Our multidisciplinary team (MDT) includes medical professionals, law enforcement, mental health, prosecution, child protective services, victim advocacy, and other professionals. Interviewers work with the MDT to ensure communication is strong and the reliability of evidence is solid for an appropriate investigation.
