Graci is a first-generation college student currently completing her senior year at the University of Minnesota Duluth, through an internship at First Witness Child Advocacy Center and an independent study. Graci will graduate in the spring of 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in criminology and minor in Psychology. Studying criminology has fulfilled many of her interests, but she found that her long-term purpose is to help women, children, and families within her community. First Witness Child Advocacy Center stood out to Graci through their focus on safety planning for all parties involved in a crisis. Graci plans to attend graduate school somewhere in the near future with a focus on cultural representation, women rights, and community safety. As of now, she works as a barista at a local coffee shop in the area (she recommends that everyone tries malt powder in their coffee at least once!) In her free time, she loves to explore new hiking trails, cross countless movies and tv-shows off her watch list, host craft/board game nights, and most importantly hangout with her cats.
