Dance for All with Dance Artist Sophia McLaughlin
For all ages. All are welcome to this contemporary dance class, geared to an intergenerational and interabled audience. Using improvisation and set dance sequences set to music, the class will focus on moving together to create joyful community. No previous dance training is required as this class will be accessible for everyone; wear comfortable clothes to the workshop.
