Mackenzie joined the First Witness team as an Intern this September. She is originally from Mountain Lake, Minnesota and is currently studying at the University of Minnesota Duluth to get her Bachelor’s in Social Work.
After she graduates next year, she is planning on moving to North Carolina and taking a year off before obtaining her Master’s in Social Work. Mackenzie is currently working as a Direct Support Professional for a foster care company. With her work at First Witness and her job, it will help guide her into what she wants to do in her Social Work practice. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her dog.
