Restoring Hope Community Campaign
With the support of our community, we have a bold goal of raising $1 million by the end of 2023.
We are delighted to announce a transformative matching gift of $500,000 from Susan and Todd Johnson. Their remarkable commitment to our cause has led them to stand alongside us in this endeavor.
The Johnsons shared, “This final fundraising effort is only truly successful if we all join together and write the checks necessary to raise the needed funds. This will keep the mission of the organization laser-focused on its primary mission to serve the rights of innocent children, and not be burdened or distracted with facility payments to a financial institution. T.E.A.M. – Together Everyone Accomplishes More!”
Every gift, no matter the size, plays a vital role in ensuring our vision to end child abuse and restore hope for our children is realized.
We extend our deepest gratitude to Susan and Todd Johnson for their inspiring generosity. Together, we are shaping a brighter future that will leave a lasting impact on our community.

Answering the Call
Finding the courage to speak up and work through trauma is a tremendous hurdle for victims of child abuse. Working to end child abuse and restore hope for our children is everyone’s responsibility.
First Witness’ Board of Directors has established the need for a capital campaign for a larger facility to serve as the new home for First Witness. A larger facility will provide an enhanced healing environment for the child and their family, allowing for many more services to be provided on location, as well as providing an official home for the national training center.
