Vulnerable Subjects and Autonomous Actors: The Right to Sexuality Education for Disabled Under-18s

Children have a right to sexuality education, but historically disabled children have been denied this right. This case study explains that autonomy of those under the age of 18 is not necessarily inherent to them, but can be strengthened through education.
