Safe & Strong Communities

This training is offered to adults in youth-serving agencies, churches, sports leagues, and beyond. Participants learn how to recognize, respond, and report child abuse. More than mandated reporting, we delve into dynamics of child abuse, how to respond to a child in a trauma-informed way, red flags of child abuse, child resilience, Safe and Strong body safety curriculum, and more.

This training meets the mandated reporter training requirements listed Minnesota State Statutes (260E.065).

1 participant: $50/participant. 

2-9 people registering together: $40/participant 

10-20 people registering together: $30/participant 

21 and over registering together: $25/participant

First Witness is dedicated to providing Safe & Strong Communities to organizations and agencies that need it, and for cost to not be a barrier. Scholarships of up to 50% registration are available to all organizations, regardless of location or group size, and on an honor system.
